Couples Therapy

Being in a partnership is both rewarding and hard work. It's not uncommon to have a breakdown between people who love each other. We'd love to help you find your way forward.

Working with Couples

Seeing a couples counselor can be a healthy first step to an improved relationship. We function as a translator between couples - by working to understand core issues, attachment needs and then communicating those concerns in a way that their partner can understand.

Our therapists have compiled a list of resources (podcasts, books etc) that we are often referring clients to. Many of these resources would be helpful for couples.
