Teen Therapy

Ah adolescence, given the option most of us wouldn't return to that time. Teens are navigating who they are, who their friends are, what they believe about the world. It's a time of transformation, and that's difficult for everyone involved.

Working with Teens

Several of our therapists have a soft spot, and a clinical specialization in working with teens and their families. Some teens share with their parents that they'd like to meet with a therapist - and many do not. Either way, we'd love to start offering a safe and confidential place for your teen to explore their experience, build new skills and improve family relationships.
